Other Information: We may collect additional information and documents, such as transactional history, activity on the Platform, downloading of brochures, query interactions, usernames, passwords, call recordings, content generated by you or third parties on community or public forums, URL used to access our platform, operating system, browser software, mobile device information, IP address, ISP, and other information obtained through permissions granted by you.

Information from Participation: Information collected during your participation in reviews, assessments, assignments, projects, examinations, or certifications voluntarily undertaken by you.

Publicly Available or Third-Party Information: Information obtained from public sources or received from third parties, including social media channels.
